Thank you for shopping with Fulgerton . We specialize in premium MIDI systems for accordions and related accessories. We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, please review our refund and returns policy below.

Returns

  • You have 7 calendar days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
    • Unused and in the same condition that you received it.
    • In its original packaging.
    • Complete with all accessories, manuals, and original tags (if applicable).

Items Not Eligible for Return

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Custom-built MIDI systems installed on your accordion.
  • Personalized or modified hardware at customer request.
  • Downloadable digital products, sound packs, or software licenses.
  • Items that have been used, damaged, or altered after delivery (unless defective on arrival).

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 3–10 business days, using your original payment method.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable (unless the return is due to our error or a defective item).

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon delivery. If you need to exchange an item for the same product or a different configuration, please contact us before sending it back.

Return Shipping

  • You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning the item, unless the product is faulty or the wrong item was sent.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

How to Request a Return

Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order by emailing fulgertoncompany@gmail.com or calling +373 694 370 85 with the following information:

  1. Your order number.
  2. The item(s) you wish to return.
  3. The reason for the return.
  4. Photos or videos (if the item is defective or damaged).
