Processing Time

All standard in-stock items are prepared for shipment within 2–5 business days after payment confirmation.
Custom-built MIDI systems or products requiring installation may take 7–14 business days to complete before shipping.
Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

We ship worldwide using trusted courier services and postal networks. Estimated delivery times:

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs delays or courier service schedules.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination, weight, and package size.
For international orders, the customer is responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by their country.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number and link to track your shipment in real time.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active.

If your package arrives damaged, please take clear photos of the packaging and items and contact us immediately at fulgertoncompany@gmail.com
If your order is lost in transit, we will work with the courier to investigate and resolve the issue.

Customers in Moldova and nearby regions may arrange for in-person pickup or delivery by appointment.
