Accordion MIDI Sampler System — SoundPro X5

The accordion MIDI sampler system from SoundPro X5 combines complete right-hand, Bass and Chord MIDI control with an integrated SD-card sound engine. It reproduces layered sounds directly from the accordion and provides programmable control for live performance, rehearsal and studio work.

Sound shaping and effects

SoundPro X5 provides per-layer volume, balance, transpose, octave and note-range control. The verified effects section includes a 10-band equalizer, reverb, chorus, delay, compressor and enhancer.

Touchscreen and bellows expression

The 480 × 320 color touchscreen provides fast access to presets, MIDI settings, sample layers, sensor mapping, effects, registers and system configuration. Brightness and screen-sleep timing are adjustable.

Bellows expression supports center, pull and push calibration, minimum and maximum sensor values, three predefined response profiles and one customizable profile.

• Scala / Terka learning: detection from three played notes with 12 selectable modes
• WAV player: up to 96 tracks with adjustable playback tempo from 70% to 130%
• Bass Learning: up to 10 songs, 256 melody notes and 512 accompaniment events per song, with tempo from 40 to 240 BPM

SoundPro X5 Bank Manager

The included computer software supports creation and validation of compatible sound banks, importing mono or stereo WAV samples, mapping note and velocity zones, configuring loops and envelopes, managing presets and preparing the required files for the SD card.

Configuration memory

Preset names, MIDI channels, sensor-note assignments, register mappings, User-button functions, bellows calibration, display settings and sampler parameters are stored by the system. Backup, restore and factory-reset functions are available.

Installation notice: The sensor quantity, mechanical installation and wiring must be adapted to the accordion. The system requires correct 5V power, an SD card prepared with compatible SoundPro X5 bank files and suitable stereo amplification or headphones for audio monitoring.

Complete performance workflow

This accordion MIDI sampler system allows the musician to prepare registrations that coordinate melody, bass, chords, bellows response, effects and audio layers. After the sensors are installed and calibrated, presets can be selected from the touchscreen or the 16 User buttons. Stereo output can be connected to headphones, powered speakers, an amplifier or a mixer.

Installation and related equipment

Professional installation is recommended because sensor position, wiring, 5V power, MIDI configuration and audio routing must match the accordion.
