SD Card MIDI Sampler Module — SoundPro X5
The SD card MIDI sampler module from SoundPro X5 converts incoming MIDI notes and controllers into professional mono or stereo audio. It can be connected to a MIDI accordion, electronic organ, arranger, keyboard, controller or computer and reproduces compatible sound banks directly from the SD card.

Sound control and effects
Each sound layer provides volume, balance, transpose, octave and note-range control. The integrated effects section includes a 10-band equalizer, reverb, chorus, delay, compressor and enhancer.
Touchscreen and physical controls
The color touchscreen provides fast access to presets, layers, effects, MIDI settings and system configuration. An encoder and potentiometer provide direct physical control. The system supports 16 configurable User-button inputs; the package shown includes one four-button control board.
SoundPro X5 Bank Manager
The included computer software supports creation and validation of compatible banks, importing mono or stereo WAV samples, mapping note and velocity zones, configuring loops and envelopes, managing presets and preparing the required SD-card files.

Compatibility notice: The source instrument must provide compatible MIDI data. Correct 5V power, MIDI wiring, a properly prepared SD card and suitable headphones, powered speakers, amplifier or mixer are required. The module does not add key sensors to an acoustic accordion; an existing MIDI system or separate MIDI conversion kit is required.
Who is this SD card MIDI sampler module for?
This SD card MIDI sampler module is designed for musicians who already have a MIDI controller and need a compact hardware sound source without depending on a computer during performance. It can be used with an accordion MIDI conversion system, an organ, an arranger or a standard MIDI keyboard. Presets, layers and effects are controlled from the touchscreen, encoder, potentiometer and configurable User buttons.
From MIDI input to stereo audio
The connected instrument sends note and controller data to the module. SoundPro X5 selects the mapped samples from the SD card, applies layer settings and effects, and sends the resulting signal through the stereo audio output. Headphones, powered speakers, an amplifier or a mixer can be connected according to the required setup. The module generates audio, but it does not add MIDI sensors to an acoustic instrument.
Preparing and managing sounds
Compatible sound banks are prepared with SoundPro X5 Bank Manager. The software is used to import WAV samples, define note and velocity zones, configure loops and envelopes, organize presets and validate the SD-card files before use. Correct bank preparation is essential for predictable sample mapping and playback.

Power and SD-card preparation
Use a stable 5V supply and prepare the SD card with validated SoundPro X5 bank files before performance. Test preset changes, sustained notes, stereo routing and the maximum musical passage required by the repertoire. Keep a verified backup of the working SD-card content so the performance configuration can be restored when necessary.

After connecting the controller, test the SD card MIDI sampler module across the full note range, with sustained notes, rapid passages, preset changes and stereo output. Confirm that every required MIDI channel and controller produces the expected response before performance.
